How much does it cost to ship a car?
Most coast-to-coast open-carrier moves land between $900 and $1,500, and shorter regional routes start around $400. Enclosed adds roughly 40%. Your quote is the final price. We never add fees after booking.
How long does delivery take?
Pickup is usually within 1 to 5 days of your first available date. Transit runs about 1 day per 500 miles, so a cross-country move takes 7 to 10 days door to door.
Is my car insured during transport?
Yes. Every carrier in our network carries at least $1,000,000 in cargo insurance, and we verify certificates before every dispatch. You pay nothing extra.
Do I need to be there for pickup and delivery?
You or someone you trust (18 or older) needs to hand over the keys and sign the inspection report at both ends. We can work with a neighbor, dealer or building manager.
Can I leave things in the car?
Up to 100 lbs of personal items in the trunk or below the window line is fine. No valuables, electronics or hazardous materials.
What if my car doesn't run?
No problem. Tick “It doesn't run” on the quote form and we'll send a truck with a winch, which adds about $150.
